A born and raised Oregonian, Kim was raised in a family of Realtors and began her own journey in 1987. As for many, 2020 brought about many lifestyle changes for Kim, including moving back to her hometown in Bend. A place that holds special meaning and her deep roots! 

Along with being a Principal Broker, Kim is a member of the local, state and National Association of Realtors. She holds both Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations. Kim’s enthusiasm for the Real Estate business has been a driving force in consistently producing a painless and profitable experience for her clients. A mother of three and grandmother to two amazing grandchildren, you can find Kim enjoying the outdoors with her family. She enjoys food and wine, the smell of old hardcover books, 70's music and funky coffee shops as well as discovering interesting homes both rural and in the city.
